The 2021 Chardonnay Wayfinder, barrel fermented and matured for 10 months in large, neutral oak, opens with aromas of struck flint and pie crust with a core of baked quince, golden apples and tarragon. The medium-bodied palate offers intense, floral fruits and a generous, mouth-coating texture balanced by energetic acidity, and it has a very long, layered finish.
