The Cranberry comes in at 17%, giving off aromas of freshly picked cranberries and is gently tart on the palate with just a touch of sweetness. The Elderflower comes in at 18% and is sweet and herbacious compared to St Germain, which is sugary sweet. Finally the Rhubarb; the epitome of the small batch liquers.
