"Deep ruby-purple, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Turley Estate Vineyard is reticent at this stage with scents of cassis, pencil shavings and herbal streaks. The palate is restrained and mineral-driven, offering somewhat dense yet not overripe fruit, finely grained tannins, seamless acidity and a long, flavorful finish. It's easy to drink but will unwind over the next 2-3 years in bottle."-Erin Brooks

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Turley Estate is laced with dark red fruit, dried herbs, flowers and tobacco. The Estate is quite powerful, as the other Cabernets are, but it shows a distinctly savory/earthy profile that is rather distinctive. I very much like the energy here.
