A deep purple red with a bright rim. Lively, crunchy fruit on the nose, with a hint of green pepper. The nose becomes increasingly intense as it evolves into sweet dark fruits such as prunes and figs, delicately interlaced with spicy notes of nutmeg and vanilla. A captivating feast for the senses and a wonderfully structured wine designed to give maximum pleasure! On the palate it is extremely full, yet soft, generous with velvety tannins and perfect balance.

Pair with roast meats, particularly beef, whether it be filet de sirloin or Tuscan T-Bone.

Blend: 38% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 23% Petit Verdot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberries, blueberries, dried raspberries, cedar, clove and vanilla bean on the nose. It’s medium-to full-bodied with firm, silky tannins and juicy layers of ripe fruit. Cocoa and dried herbs, too. Drink from 2022.

Made with Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, this has intense aromas of cassis, camphor, leather and dark spice. It's smooth and savory, doling out ripe blackberry, juicy black currant, licorice and tobacco accompanied by polished tannins. Kerin O'Keefe
