Made with vines grown in the estate's Bellacolonna vineyard in the Contrada Calderara Sottana that were planted in 2006 and 2007, this is a beautiful, fragrant wine with delicate, enticing aromas of wild red berry, wet stone, blue flower and Mediterranean scrub. On the smooth, juicy palate, taut, refined tannins seamlessly support juicy raspberry, crushed strawberry, blood orange, star anise and tangy saline notes. Fresh acidity keeps it energized. With its silky texture, intensity and delicious flavors, it's a fitting tribute to mark the estate's 20th Anniversary. Drink 2026–2030. Abv: 14%

Vivid and intense, a burst of autumnal spices, dusty rose, and blood orange gives way to dried strawberries as the 2022 Etna Rosso Calderara Sottana Bellacolonna blossoms in the glass. Simply stunning, it splashes across the palate with crunchy wild berry fruits and mineral tones, all motivated by a core of zesty acidity. It leaves a staining of primary concentration and silky tannins to linger through the violet-tinged finale as hints of confectionery spice fade slowly.
