"More wildly complex and gamey than the 2019, the 2018 Syrah Levitation Reserve has lots of plum and blueberry fruits as well as notes of lavender, wildflowers, bacon fat, and cured meat. It's beautiful on the palate as well, with medium to full body, a ripe, rounded texture, no hard edges, and a great finish. I’d be thrilled to drink a bottle over the coming 7-8 years, if not a decade. This cuvée is a blend from the Les Collines and Lewis vineyards and was mostly destemmed and aged in 30% new French oak."
Sleight of Hand Cellars was founded in 2007 by Trey Busch and Jerry and Sandy Solomon. Our only goal from the outset has been to make world class wines while having the most fun that is legally possible. Our love of great wines from around the world, and our love of music, have inspired our vision and growth and have helped us reach a customer base that has the same passions as we do.

This wine is a blend of fruit from Lewis and Les Collines vineyards. The aromas are expressive, with notes of earth, olive, flowers, smoked meat and soot. It has a silky palate, with lingering flavors on the finish.
