The 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Grands Liards has a very well-defined, focused bouquet of blackberry, briar, cracked black pepper and hints of vervain tea. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, and again, quite peppery in style, leading to a harmonious, elegant finish. Very suave. (Drink between 2023-2036)
