Silvano Follador Description

Silvano Follador makes Prosecco that is vintage dated and in a style that is much drier than what you generally see on the market. The grapes come from several vineyards - including a large portion from the Cartizze. The primary fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts. This prosecco is fresh, fragrant and dry on the palate. More than an apéritif sparkling wine but a wine you can enjoy throughout a dinner. Excellent with tempura or fried crab.
