"The 2018 Brut Spécial Club 1er Cru is forward, elegant and very easy to like. Baked apple tart, spice, vanillin, candied lemon peel and tangerine oil all grace this soft, charming Spécial Club. The 2018, a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, looks like a near and medium-term drinking offering, so I would not push my luck on aging. Dosage is 4-6 grams per liter."-Antonio Galloni
