Heritage Kistler Clones that is sourced from multiple sites in the Sonoma Coast. The grapes are hand harvested at night then 100% destemmed. Fermentation takes place in open top fermenters. Free run juice is collected from the tanks, with no pressing. The wine is aged 10 months in barrel and racked once to tank before it is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
