Fermented in 90% tank, 10% new barrels
Aged in 1-3 year old barrels
The bouquet shows the oak a little more, having been vinified in part in barrel. Integrates very well mind you. Very complete, greater intensity, just the right acidity, and the marine tension we are looking for. Light biscuit at the back from the barrel. This is a Chablis that needs keeping but will be excellent. Bravo.
