Domaine Ellevin - Chablis 2022
Pale yellow color with white gold reflections. Fresh but fairly discreet nose, essentially floral. Hint of minerality with aeration and a subtle note of green apple. A wine full of lightness and delicacy, dominated in the middle of the mouth by the liveliness of citrus fruits. There is a finish of great finesse and nice texture, balanced and fruity.
