The 27-hectare vineyard is planted on three parcels that have not seen chemicals since 1992. Hand-harvesting and numerous passes in the vineyard ensure the perfect health and ripeness of the grapes. Grapes for the Cahors (90% Malbec, plus Tannat and Merlot) are from 30+-year-old, estate vines; maceration is 30 days with daily punching down; aging is 20-22 months in new and used barrels; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
