Caiarossa Description

CAIAROSSA is owned by the Albada Jelgersma family also owner of Château Giscours, Grand Cru Classé from Margaux. Since its foundation in 1998 Caiarossa followed the principles of biodynamic agriculture. In 1999, they started working with Demeter and they obtained the biodynamic certification in 2005. The wine is made from an original blend of 7 grape varieties. All the diffrent plots and varieties are vinified separately.
