It's pristine and fabulously aromatic on the nose, showing Granny Smith apple, white flesh peach, garden herb and lemon sorbet characters. The palate delivers excellent weight and intensity, wonderfully framed by saline texture and bright acidity, finishing impressively long and structured. At its best: now to 2036.
The 2024 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc leads with a complex nose of sweet pea, cassis bramble, gooseberry, elderflower, preserved citrus and brine. In the mouth, the wine is concentrated and detailed, with fresh energy and zip ensconced in textural folds of phenolics. This is a gorgeous wine and comes highly recommended. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap. – Erin Larkin,
