"A very, very particular Cabernet Sauvignon, from an area that is also unique for the variety. It is a vineyard that is about 12 years old, planted on soils rich in lime, at an altitude of 1,350 meters, with the strong influence of the breezes of the Andes, a terroir very far from the alluvial soils and the sun of the cabernets of Agrelo, 400 meters further down the valley.The aromas here are floral, violets and ripe red cherries, while in the mouth the texture it is very linked to lime soils with that very pronounced chalky sensation. Tasted blind, it would be difficult to say that this is a cabernet sauvignon. We would bet on a malbec or, perhaps, a cabernet franc.
