Willett Family - Straight Rye 4 Year Old
To me, the Willet 4YR Rye is the epitome of straight rye whiskey. From eucalyptus to vanilla, this rye is full in flavor and carries a deep complexity for bearing such a low age statement. Hand bottled at cask strength (105.6 proof), i recomend enjoying this rye neat or on the rocks. While it will make an outstanding Manhattan, Boulevardier or Sazerac, i feel that the flavors are too pure to be masked by any other componant.
