Tasting Notes via La Maison & Velier
Nose: Deep layers of salt and lime open into vibrant aromas of fermenting orange blossom, ripe strawberry, tobacco and ginger root which leap from the glass, creating a rich and inviting bouquet.
Palate: Fruits from the aromatic experience release their full flavors. Tropical fruits like banana and pineapple mingle with hints of tobacco, and heady floral notes such as iris, hyacinth, and geranium.
Finish: The flavors become increasingly earthy on the finish as it lingers into delicate notes of Williams pear, rich forest soil and salted smoke.
