Nulu - Bourbon Whiskey 9 Year Old Cinnabomb
This is perhaps my favorite barrel that I have ever had the pleasure of selecting! Theres not a single qualitative difference between this and Cake Boss, but this nose is WILD! CinnaBomb erupts from the glass and brings me immediately to Saturday mornings, and a big bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Bugs and Elmer Fudd on the screen. Or is it Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisin or is it those irresistible, soft Archway Oatmeal Spice cookies? I don’t know but it is unmistakable and truly thrilling to me. The sweet corn and cinnamon are so lovey and the whisky so good, I just had to get this barrel in the hands of my people. On the palate, we are met with hazelnut, a touch of cocoa butter and the classic MGP profile of baking spices. Only 88 bottles for the world! 133.4 proof.
