Released annualy, the Toasted Barrel Finish series highlights the effects of cask finishing whiskey. Michters uses 18 month air dried lightly toasted barrels as the second aging component in the proccess. The result is added notes of marshmellow and baking spices. Bottled at 91%, this makes for a beautiful sipping bourbon or an extravagent, complex cocktail.
