Hans has MASTERFULLY captured a raspberry’s tart, red fruit character along with the slight bitterness of its green seeds. While most of his eaux-de-vie show best at room temperature, try enjoying a nip of this one when the weather turns cold and feel your palate come alive! These raspberries are harvested in August and September and fermented in stainless steel for 5 days. 33 kg of fruit are needed for one liter of eau-de-vie. 41.5% ABV
