Nose: Caramelized Grapefruit, Dark Cocoa, Butterscotch, Clove and Jamaican Allspice evolve into Sandlewood, Brine, Overripe Pineapple and Candied Banana. Deep molasses characteristic with apricot and plums in the background.
Palate: Big, expressive and unctuous-with subtle drying characteristics -black tea, and citrus peel notes lingering. Rich molasses and baking spice round back out to tropical fruits and dried berry notes, finishing dry and lengthy with subtle tannins.
