Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is instantly distinct from the familiar associations with 'pink gin'. Rather than been heavily sweet or one-dimensionally fruity, it is dry with a prominent floral character that is well balanced by herbaceous notes and lemon. The grape base spirit helps deliver a full body and generous mouthfeel, and there's a subtle connection with the characteristics of Mirabeau's Rosé wines - it's a nice touch which makes it feel like a fitting and considered addition to the product range.
